CMJ's maintenance and support service plan is flexible to meet your organization's requirements. Firms without any technical staff look to CMJ to provide a single source for all of their technology requirements. Alternatively, companies with an existing IT staff will contract with CMJ to provide a complimentary layer of support for a particular need. It is difficult to address the everyday demands of your users and also fully support a new solution that has just been introduced to your organization. CMJ bridges that gap by assuring your organization that all of your support needs will be addressed. This will also free up your resources for other purposes. Our support services can be based upon our time and materials rate or upon our fixed fee service plan.
